Contact by email

Bug reports, feature requests, data corrections — all welcome. We aim to reply within a few days.

You can also send bug reports and corrections to line data from the app, under Settings → Feedback. Sending from the app attaches your device model, iOS version, app version and line data version automatically, which is the fastest route for us (use email if you need a reply).

FAQFrequently asked questions

Q1My ride wasn't detected correctly

Detection is an estimate based on GPS fixes, so parts of a ride can occasionally be missed in poor signal conditions. Before confirming a record, you can trim segments that were detected in excess. If a particular line keeps failing, please tell us the line and the segment you rode — it directly helps us improve the detection logic.

Q2What about battery usage?

The App positions only while recording, and adjusts the frequency to how you are moving. No location is collected when not recording. For very long trips, Low Power Mode works fine alongside recording.

Q3How do I move my log to a new iPhone?

Sign in with the same account (Apple or Google) on your new device, and your log is restored automatically. No extra steps, and it’s free.

Q4How do I cancel Pro or get a refund?

Cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and are decided by Apple.

Q5The line or station data looks wrong

Rail data is built from OpenStreetMap and public transport open data (GTFS), so closures, openings and renames can take time to appear. Report specific errors and we'll address them in a data update.

Q6Can I log past rides manually?

No. Train Net's whole point is that your map is proof of rides you actually took, so manual entries are not planned. Thank you for understanding.
